Enquiry form

We process the data you enter in the form yourself: your name, phone number and/or e‑mail, the selected service and your message.

The purpose is to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry. If it leads to an order, we keep it for the period required by law (e.g. for accounting records).

Who processes the data on our behalf

We do not sell your data or pass it on to anyone for their own purposes. The website relies on these processors:

Vercel Inc. — website hosting and form processing (servers in the EU, Frankfurt; a US-based company, data transfers in line with the GDPR).

Resend — delivery of the enquiry e‑mail (servers in the EU).

Our e‑mail provider — storing the received enquiry in our business mailbox.

Visitor statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They measure, in aggregate and anonymously, which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, from which country and how fast the website loads. They do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors.

Cookies and embedded videos

The website itself does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only stores your settings (light or dark mode, notices already seen) — this data stays on your device.

The intro video and the reference videos are played by YouTube via youtube-nocookie.com. Google (YouTube) may set its own cookies in line with its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to info@dronescope-tech.cz.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz).
